Giving

Why we give

Giving is part of our response to all that Jesus has generously given and done for us. It is an act of worship and a sign of our trust in Him. We give with our time, in practical ways and with our finances. When we are generous we reflect Jesus' heart and character and is something we grow in as we mature as followers of Him.

“But since you excel in everything… see that you also excel in this grace of giving.” (2 Corinthians 8:7)

Your giving’s impact

The generous financial gifts from our church family pay for; the ministries that bless our local communities, our staff and administration costs and the hiring of venues for our gatherings. We also commit to giving away at least 10% of all the income we receive.

Some of the projects and organisations we regularly support are: Global Cafe, the Millside Centre, Jubilee+, Shipley Christians Together CAP Debt Centre, Christ Central Churches and several churches in Central Africa – supporting leadership development and providing practical support through clean water and sustainable farming projects.
